RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns

Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in new, unused, and unopened condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used CPAP masks, machines, or other CPAP-related items unless they are defective.

Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.

Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if necessary (for defective items).

Return Shipping Costs

2. Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, the price difference will be refunded.
How to Initiate an Exchange

Exchange Shipping Costs

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the product at no cost to you or provide a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:

5. Warranty Information
Most CPAP machines and equipment come with a manufacturer's warranty. If your product has a defect outside the 30-day return window, we will work with the manufacturer to facilitate a warranty claim.
6. International Returns
For international orders, shipping fees for returns and exchanges must be covered by the customer, unless the product was defective or shipped in error. Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency.
